Full Service Planning

Monthly in person meetings (1.5 hours each) with a to do list leading up to your wedding day. We give you a to do list each month, during that month, you only work on that to do list - nothing else. Then we meet the next month and go over the next months to do list. So you just focus on one month at a time. It makes the wedding process simple and easy. The list is designed so that the month leading up to your wedding day - you only have a few things to do. This way you can focus on having fun and resting before your wedding day. This is where I will connect you with my favorite vendors in your area. This is the number one thing that my brides request no matter how organized they are!

Creation of wedding day timeline, processional list, contacts list, and map/layout of venue.

Wedding Design

(2-3 hour design meeting)

We will schedule a design meeting and nail down what your style is, what decorations you need, and how you can pull it all together. You will leave this meeting with a list of what to buy/ rent and example pictures of what you want your wedding to look like. This is where we pull in your Pinterest board and talk about all of your wedding dreams! Colors, floral lists, decorations, etc. Full access to our wedding warehouse is no additional charge. Yes, all decoration is INCLUDED in this package. This does not mean that you have to use our decoration but it does mean that you will have rental options at no additional cost to you.

Decorating The Wedding

Our team will come in and decorate your wedding for you! The deluxe package with access to the wedding warehouse at no additional cost (so yes, all decoration is included). Any additional decorations that the client is adding themselves can easily be added to our design. Our team is staffed and trained to set up on wedding day - we can set up the day before for an additional fee. Our team can also plan and execute a successful flip (ceremony space flipped into a reception space) in 30 minutes - 1 hour. In order to make this transition as smooth and as fast as possible additional hands are necessary. Most of the time ushers and groomsmen are the additional help. If using the wedding party is not an option - we will hire additional staffing. This cost will be discussed and billed for prior to the wedding date.

Venue Walk Through

2-3 months before your big day a member of the KDD planning team will meet you at your venue for a venue walk through. This is when we will make any necessary changes to our design list. We want to make sure that our vision fits the space. One venue walk through is included with this package. A travel fee will be charged for venue’s outside of a 30 mile radius of Abilene.

Coordination + Communication Before the Wedding

Contacting + communication with all vendors during the wedding planning process. This allows for the bride + brides family to direct the hard questions to the our planning team. It also allows for the communication process to start early with our team so that vendors are not contacting the bride/bride’s mom for questions that we can answer for them (florist, cake artist, caterer, photographer, etc.).

Month of Coordinating

Communicating with Bridal Party + Immediate family as needed during the wedding planning process. This allows the bride to have some assistance with communicating the wedding plans before the wedding day. Contacting all vendors, bridal party, and immediate family two weeks before the wedding day to answer any questions and communicate the timeline. The planning team will send the timeline to our contacts list two weeks before.

Coordinating the Wedding Day + The Night Before

Coordinating and executing the one hour rehearsal the night before. Our planning team will make sure everyone knows processional order, when to walk down the aisle, where to stand or sit, when to play the music, etc.

Greeting vendors when they arrive to wedding venue. Escorting them to where they need to be. Greeting house party and additional help on wedding day, making sure they know their duties. i.e. Cake cutters, ushers, + greeters.

Solving problem + resolving issues as they arise on wedding day so bride/mother of the bride does not have to.

Coordinating and executing the wedding timeline. Making sure people are where they are supposed to be/when they are supposed to be. Starting when bridal party arrives until the bride + groom exit the reception.

Being the contact person for all vendors the day of the wedding. Being the contact person for bridal party, vendors, and immediate family. Being the go to person for all questions for bridal party, vendors, and immediate family.

Clean Up

The KDD Clean Up Team will pick up and pack away all decorations that we bring in, and clear away all trash. If chair and table clean up is not included in your venue fees- we will put away chairs and tables. (Because we have additional staffing come in at the end of the night to help clean this option may only be available for venue’s within a 30 mile radius of Abilene) A $200 discounted is available if we are unable to provide full clean up services.
